“It was truly a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place! The property is very well maintained, easy to find, and located in great surroundings. The check-in process was also very smooth and hassle-free. The best part of our stay was the host himself, Andrew. He is super active, responsive, and always just one message away whenever you need any help. When we checked into the property, the AC was not working properly. I informed Andrew, and within 30 minutes, everything was fixed. He genuinely listens to his guests and makes sure to provide a quick solution. I would definitely book this villa again and highly recommend it to my friends and family. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you, Andrew, for your wonderful hospitality!”

“We had a great experience staying at Andrew's place. During our stay, Andrew replied to messages very promptly. When there were issues with the house or items were missing, he responded quickly and helped us resolve them in a timely manner. When we wanted to use the pool, he immediately came over to clean it and also helped turn on the pool lights. He provided quick solutions to all issues, big and small. We are very sorry that he got injured while helping us with things. We sincerely thank him for his dedicated assistance, and we hope he has fully recovered by now. Overall, I highly recommend this place!”

“This is a residential villa, so it's located like a typical house with neighbors. The villa is very spacious and almost every room has a bathroom. The atmosphere inside the house is quiet and bright. We enjoyed it during our stay here.”

“We had an absolutely excellent time in Pattaya, and a huge part of that was thanks to our host, Andrew! If I could give him a 10-star rating, I would. The house itself is huge, located in a very quiet and safe area, and having two vehicle parking spots made it the perfect place for a holiday. The pool was also absolutely great, and we had a wonderful time using it. Andrew took excellent care of us throughout our entire stay. Whenever we needed anything, he responded instantly and provided it in no time. He also gave us perfect recommendations for local spots tailored exactly to what we wanted. Andrew is not just a great host, but truly a great person. I am already looking forward to visiting Pattaya again, and I will definitely make sure to stay at his place!”
